Not even a BMX helmet Frown, and yeah I still go, I havn't gotten up lately though because I didn't have a rear wheel yet. I got one custom built so it took some time to build. My dad is going to portland tommorow or tonight, one or the other, for a business trip and he'll be picking up my wheel. After I get that i'll probably be trying to get up every day that I don't have baseball (4 or 5 days a week)
